| THE REFUGE OF HOPE | The Refuge of Hope is a domestic violence advocacy ministry in New Castle, Indiana. They assists victims of emotional, verbal, financial, sexual, and physical abuse. They assist in helping the victim break the cycle of abuse to become an empowered survivor by providing information, having support groups, and in the future a crisis line that is answered 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
